Meditation

Meditation is the process that allows us to develop a strong, neutral, non-reactive mind. Meditation promotes increased awareness, sensitivity, and inner harmony. IntecPPC is the ppc search engine

Classes offer different forms of meditation, including mantra (sound), pranayama (breath), and visualization. Through meditation, the mind is cleared and calmed, becoming less reactive and less ruled by emotions. Concentration, recall and alertness are increased.
