Class Schedule
Kundalini Yoga
classes include active yoga, a deep relaxation with a gong, and a meditation.
All classes are offered on a drop-in basis with no reservations required. If
coming for the first time, you may attend any of the classes as a beginner.
All classes are suitable and appropriate for beginning students. The yogic tradition
practiced, Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, has no structured class
levels or student initiations. All classes essentially have the same degree
of activity and challenges. Everyone is welcome to participate and do their

To get more from your practice, please wear loose, comfortable clothes, preferably cotton, and refrain from eating two hours before class. Some students bring blankets or mats for padding and support for some yoga postures and meditations. kredyty chwilówki

- Tuesday - 7:00 - 8:30pm
- Wednesday - 7:00 - 8:30pm
- Thursday - 7:00 - 8:30pm
- Saturday - 10:30am - 12:00
$15 for drop-in classes, or a 10 class pack for $110.
